Refund Policy

HalalSignalz sells informational market research and subscription access to Shariah-screened signal ideas. This policy explains how trials, renewals, cancellations, outages, and refund requests are handled so subscribers can understand the billing terms before starting or renewing a plan.

Signals, watchlists, educational articles, and market commentary are provided for research purposes only. Subscription fees cover access to the research service and delivery infrastructure, not a guaranteed investment outcome, trade result, portfolio return, or financial advisory relationship.

1. Free Trials

Monthly plans include a 7-day free trial. Cancel before billing if the alerts are not useful. Trial access is not billed until the trial ends. Because no charge is taken during the free trial period, no refund applies before the first successful renewal.

You can cancel before the trial converts to a paid subscription. If cancellation is completed before the first successful payment, no paid billing cycle begins and there is no charge to reverse.

2. Paid Subscriptions

  • Monthly plans begin with a 7-day free trial and are non-refundable after a paid billing cycle starts, except where required by law or where a billing issue or outage credit is approved.
  • If a legacy annual plan is explicitly offered to your account, it is non-refundable once access is provisioned, except where required by law or for approved billing-error or outage credits.
  • If a HalalSignalz outage exceeds 24 hours, you may request a pro‑rata credit for the affected period.

A paid subscription remains active until the end of the billing period after cancellation. Cancelling stops future renewals; it does not automatically refund the current month or year once access has already been provisioned outside an approved credit window.

Any approved credit is calculated from the subscription price actually paid, not from a different public price.

3. How to Request a Refund

Email support@halalsignalz.com within 7 days for billing errors, duplicate charges, access problems, or outage credit requests. Include your Stripe Checkout receipt and reason.

Refund requests are reviewed against account access history, payment records, outage records, and the reason provided. If a refund or credit is approved, processing time depends on Stripe and the payment method used at checkout.

4. Chargebacks

Filing an unjustified chargeback will result in immediate account suspension.

Contact support first if you do not recognize a charge, used the wrong email address, or cannot access subscriber content after payment. Most billing or access issues can be resolved faster through support than through a payment dispute.

5. Market Performance

Dissatisfaction with trade outcomes is not an eligible refund reason; signals are informational only.

Market prices can move quickly, and every subscriber remains responsible for position sizing, broker execution, risk controls, tax treatment, Zakat considerations, purification, and personal Shariah review. A signal may be halal-screened and still lose money or become unsuitable for an individual investor.

6. Subscription Access Issues

If you paid successfully but did not receive access, email support with the payment receipt, checkout email, and plan selected. HalalSignalz can verify the payment and repair subscriber access when a webhook, email, or payment-provider callback is delayed.
