These Terms constitute a binding agreement between Myclickapps.com LLC, registered at 1521 Concord Pike #301, Wilmington, DE 19803 (“HalalSignalz”, “we”, “us”), and you (“Subscriber”).
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the HalalSignalz platform (“Service”, “we”, “us”), which is available at halalsignalz.com and its subdomains, you (“Subscriber”, “User”, or “You”) signify that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. This agreement includes and incorporates our Privacy Policy and Methodology disclosures. If you do not agree to these terms, you must immediately cease all use of the Service.
2. Eligibility and User Representation
You must be at least 18 years of age and possess the legal authority to enter into a binding contract to use this Service. By using HalalSignalz, you represent that you meet these eligibility requirements. Residents of jurisdictions where financial educational content or Shariah-compliant screening services are prohibited or restricted by law are not permitted to use the Service. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Service complies with all local laws and regulations applicable to you.

We are not a registered broker-dealer, investment advisor, or financial planner. 4. Subscription, Billing, and Payments
HalalSignalz offers tiered subscription plans to suit different investor needs. Our current plans include:

- Balanced: A mix of stocks and crypto ($19/mo or $199/yr).
- Aggressive: High-growth signals with AI enhancement ($29/mo or $299/yr).
All billing is processed securely through our third-party payment provider, Paddle. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge the recurring fee at the beginning of each billing cycle (monthly or yearly) until you cancel.
5. Cancellation and Refund Policy
You may cancel your subscription at any time through the Paddle customer portal or by contacting our support team. Upon cancellation, you will continue to have access to the Service until the end of your current paid billing period. We do not provide prorated refunds for partial months or years. 6. Intellectual Property Rights
All content on the HalalSignalz platform, including but not limited to our proprietary screening algorithms, AI models, trade signals, design, text, graphics, and logos, is the exclusive intellectual property of Myclickapps.com LLC. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access the content for personal use. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our Service or algorithms without our express written consent.
7. Prohibited Uses of the Service
To maintain the integrity of our community and service, you agree not to:
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or scrape our signals or screening logic.
- Share your account credentials with third parties or allow unauthorized access to the Service.
- Use the Service for any illegal purpose or in a manner that violates Shariah principles.
- Use automated systems (bots, spiders, or scrapers) to access the Service without our permission.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability
The HalalSignalz Service is provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of our signals.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, HalalSignalz and its officers, employees, or agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to trading losses, resulting from your use of the Service. Our maximum aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed the total fees paid by you to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
9. User Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless HalalSignalz and its parent company from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising out of your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights.
10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms will be brought exclusively in the courts located in Wilmington, Delaware.
11. Modifications to Service and Terms
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time. We may also update these Terms to reflect changes in our business or legal requirements. We will provide at least 7 days' notice of significant changes via email or through a notification on the platform. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
