iPhone app and sign-in

Include the app version, iOS version, sign-in method, and the step where the problem occurred. Never send a password or authentication code.

For an App Store purchase, try Restore App Store Purchases in Account first. Web subscriptions remain managed by the provider used to purchase them.

The iPhone app includes Delete Account under Account. You can also contact support for privacy questions or help accessing that control.
